來自瑞典,成軍於1992年底的The Cardigans/羊毛衫合唱團,1994年簽入Stockholm唱片旗下後,發行了《Emmerdale》專輯,被當地權威音樂雜誌Slitz評選為「年度最佳專輯」,隨後推出的《Life》、《First Band On The Moon》等專輯中,陸續誕生了〈Carnival〉、〈Rise & Shine〉、〈Lovefool〉等排行金曲,最膾炙人口的莫過於入選李奧納多狄卡皮歐主演「羅密歐+茱麗葉」電影主題曲的〈Lovefool〉了！這首轟動全球的單曲不僅獲得英美點播冠軍、英國金榜亞軍,更讓The Cardigans聲勢水漲船高,獲邀至熱門影集「飛越比佛利」客串演出、參加美國「大衛賴特曼秀」及英國「Top Of The Pops」等熱門電視節目演出。
